Broken Arrow Brewing Company‘s Boomshakalaka is a classic Belgian Golden Strong ale using Pilsner malt, Belgian crystal malt, and candi sugar. The Trappist style yeast along with Styrian Golding hops give a pleasant and complex fruity and spicy flavor. The candi sugar adds a crisp, clean, dry finish, making this a surprisingly easy beer to drink despite the strength.
