We’re pairing this American Pale Ale with the Maestro slice, which is topped with 100% pure imported olive oil, mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, feta cheese and diced chicken. 🤩 🍺 Brewer’s notes: it’s a malt forward American strong pale ale brewed to have huge malt body with 2-row barley, German Munich malt, and 3 different crystal malts. To balance the bread and toast character, we added a healthy dose of hops to compliment the heavy grain bill. Bravo hops were used to add some bitterness to cut the sweetness, Mosaic and Calypso hops for a citrusy peach and apple flavor in the flavor, and finished with Loral hops at flame out to give an herbal/classic noble hop aroma. This beer comes in at 8.2%ABV but is very complex and drinkable. As always, you keep the glass (while supplies last). The fun starts at 5pm every Tuesday!
